For the covers of *La Bibliothèque des Futurs*, my work involves giving visual form to stories that explore what does not yet exist: possible futures, ecological shifts, technologies, collective emotions, and transformations of life.

Each cover emerges from an analysis of the text, its atmosphere, and its underlying tensions. I do not seek to illustrate the story literally, but rather to distill its central essence. Part of my process involves imagining a possible setting: a backdrop, lighting, and texture—almost as if I were already designing the world of a play, a film, or a visual narrative.

The cover thus becomes a gateway. It intrigues, sets the mood, and gives the reader a first mental image, all while respecting the collection’s overall identity.
